I got the niyo sbm card recently after i was told that the dcb card was discontinued.
I have made an online transaction to a united states vendor recently. Everything went smoothly but after a few days i was charged around 107 rs. Stating "fxadj " With the name of the same usa vendor i paid to. Could anyone explain what these charges are? Will such charges be applicable after every overseas transaction?

@Abhishek_yadav1 Well I am not entirely sure, but fxadj sounds like foreign exchange adjustment. From what I came across going over the community boards, it’s seems that the final exchange rate is decided on the bill settlement date, not on the transaction date. The bill settlement is usually T+2 days. So if the exchange rate moves up, you would pay the difference and if the exchange rate moves down, you will be refunded the difference. I guess, in your case, the exchange rate moves up.

It would be better, if one of the moderators can clarify

I too don’t know bro, I just waited for a week or so then I tired it again and I got registered.

I have opened my account in nio sbm and also got the nio visa debit card. I wanted some information regarding how I can use my account to do transactions abroad as I’m traveling abroad next month and I need to know how to use it there? Pls reach out to me.

Hi @ashrithjain and team,

Real time account balance in the app isn’t being auto-refreshed and even manual refresh doesn’t seem to update the transactions. This issue has been persisting for some time now and is certainly a sour experience even for a beta product.

Please look into this bug and fix it ASAP

@ashrithjain My niyo SBM card just got delivered. Really like the packaging and the passport cover that came along with it.

I had a query. I will be flying the domestic sector on 18th September. Will I be able to use this card to get complimentary airport lounge access?

What are the number of complimentary lounge access we are allowed to avail?

Dear Team,
This is the worst delivery experience that I have faced till now. I had ordered for the card on 5th August, the card has reached the nearby delivery point on 8th August. But still I have not recieved the card yet. I have mailed the customer service many times but still I didn’t get any positive response. I am traveling abroad on 20th August and I need this card at any cost. Kindly contact the delivery team and resolve the same. Didn’t expect anything like this to happen.

Hey I also faced the same issue,one day i got the message from delhivery that ‘my package is out for delivery’ but no one contacted me i waited for 2 days and on the 3rd day i decided to go to the Delhivery office myself where i was told to talk to the delivery agent in my area.Then i was suprised to see the product in his backpack and he told me that he forgot to contact me.This is the issue with some delivery agents especially Delhivery they will not contact you and after 3 days they will send the item back to the shipper telling ‘consignee not available in the given adress etc,if you search in google you can see tons of similar complaints against them.So i suggest you to visit the office personally since you are travelling soon.

Which area did you visit? I live in Pune, PCMC area. Can you send the details of the office

im from kerala,i visited my district office.You can track your order it shows the location where the card has reached that is the distribution office of Delhivery in your area
