Hi,
I will be receiving my physical card tomorrow. I needed to book an international flight today which would cost around 1.4Lakh. Can it be done using my virtual debit card? If so, is there a two-factor authentication enabled on the virtual debit card too like- an OTP to the registered mobile number for making any transaction?

I’d like to inform you that you can make a transaction of maximum upto ₹7,50,000 per day in single transaction or via split in your virtual debit card. You’ll receive the transactional based OTP on your registered mobile number. If you do need further assistance, feel free to reach out again!

Just to stress the fact that - the limit you are referring to also applies to the virtual debit card, right? And really thanks for such an immediate response. I am impressed by the excellent customer service. :heart_eyes:

@ashrithjain @Sai I’ll be flying the coming week so i wasn’t able to get the NiYo SBM card, Though I’m still very much interested in your product! Is it possible for us to register and get the SBM or DCB Global card when we are in an International location like United States? If not now, Will it be possible at a later stage?

I hope you understand my concern regarding delay. Its August start now. My account hasn’t been created yet. The card will take even more time. Can you please the resolve the issue on urgent basis so that I can get forex card on time.
