Balance not reflecting in the Niyo app/account | Transaction successful

Hello, I have already contacted with DCB customer care and they told me that they didn’t receive any amount of money from me. However, since the transaction is a success they told me to inform the niyo team as it may be a problem on their part, not the bank.
My niyo account is under the name of Rahul Das with 6291209787 as the registered mobile number. Please refer to the screenshot I am attaching. You will get the niyo transaction id there as well. Please resolve this issue as the money was successfully transferred from my sbi bank.
