I tried to withdraw money from the ATM but transaction was declined yet the amount was debited from my account. Please refund the money asap!
Hi @singhsingh, this is something unusual. In case, if the transaction is declined and if the amount got debited from your account, the amount will be refunded to your account within 15 days. If you do not receive the refund, please connect with our Live Chat support through the Niyo SBM app > Menu > Support.
