Cash withdrawal failed in Uk, but amount deducted, not still refunded

I tried to withdraw 590 pounds from ATM in UK but due to some issue the ATM showed “function not available”. So I did not get the cash but amount got deducted from my account. Please look into the matter and refund the amount.
