I’ve already shared all the information and I even uploaded my passport photo on Niyo app, but it’s still asking me passport details again and again. Please help me

Hi @RishabAggarwal,

Thanks for your time over the call. As discussed, we are having your onboarding issue checked further and we will get in touch with you at the earliest.

Now, your app is saying that my uploaded photo is not clear. As far as I can tell, I’ve uploaded the clearest possible photo of my document, taken with arguably the best camera on a phone, the iPhone. Despite uploading the document multiple times, it still says it’s not clear. It’s been a week since I started onboarding process on Niyo, and I’m wondering if your onboarding process is this bad then how will your service perform. If it continues like this, I’ll have to explore other, much better options.

PS:- I’ve co-ordinated with you multiple times and gave you all the required information but still, no solution. I’ve attached the screenshot

too.

Hi @RishabAggarwal,

We tried calling you but couldn’t connect. We see that your D.O.B. is mismatching between the NSDL portal and the provided documents, hence unable to complete your onboarding.

We kindly request you to visit: https://eportal.incometax.gov.in/iec/foservices/#/login
Please log in by providing your PAN/Aadhaar/UserID and thereby your password (If you have never done e-filing before, it will ask you to create an account in the e-filing portal)
Once you log in, please go to “My Profile”
There you’ll find an option called, “Compare with PAN and Aadhaar”. Click on that.
After that you need to click on the checkbox, and an OTP will be received on your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
Once you enter the OTP, click on the checkbox and click on “Continue”, it will show a detailed comparison between your profile, PAN and Aadhaar.

We have sent you a message via dm, where you can share the screenshot of the comparison. Once shared, we will manually help you with your onboarding. Appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Hi Surya,

I am quite surprised by your claim regarding a mismatch in my Date of Birth. I want to clarify that my D.O.B. is accurately printed and identical across all government-issued documents: Aadhaar, PAN, and Passport.

Given that these are official documents issued by the Government of India, I do not understand how your system is reading a discrepancy. Moreover, asking customers to perform a complex verification process on the Income Tax portal and then share screenshots containing sensitive personal data raises serious concerns about privacy.

I’ve made every effort to cooperate and provide accurate documentation. However, since your system is still unable to reconcile the information, I am filing a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman about this incident and will include all supporting evidence, as your request appears unjustified and unreasonable.

Please review my documents again and allow onboarding.

Regards,
Rishab Aggarwal

Hey folks,

I want different Niyo cards & I am a bit confused with all the options out there. I travel quite a bit & I have heard great things about Niyo Global when it comes to forex markup & ATM withdrawals abroad.

But I also came across some other variants such as NiyoX & was not sure how they compare in real-world usage. If you have been using any of these cards while traveling, I want to know your experience – things such as customer support, hidden charges app usability & how easy it is to load money & use it abroad.

Also i have check this Top Indian Card for Public Transport Abroad: DCB Niyo Debit Card I appreciate some honest feedback before I make the switch. Which card would you personally suggest for someone who travels internationally at least 4-5 times a year?

Thank you.

I have contacted you multiple times, but unfortunately, none of your representatives have been able to assist me. Is this how you treat new customers? Please solve my issue asap.
