I want to make international transactions using Niyo Card, since they offer 0 Forex. But, I want to know - what are the approval rates ? Like, do the transactions get approved, or do they get declined often ? What is the frequency of decline (for valid scenarios ) ?

Hi @Asish_Bishoi,

We would like to inform you that the transactions via our cards go as per the daily Visa exchange rates. You can cross-verify the daily rates via this site: Exchange Rate Calculator | Visa | Visa

Also, the transactions will be processed without any forex markup fee and are usually seamless. However, the Niyo cards cannot be used for crypto, trading and betting/gambling purposes. We would request that you feel free to reach out to our in-app chat support or email us at global@goniyo.com if you are facing any difficulties with your international transaction, and we will hop in to assist you promptly. :innocent:

Hi. I had a Niyo Global FD based credit card. I have recently withdrawn the FD but my card still shows active on the app. I am given to understand on this platform that if you withdraw the FD, the card is automatically closed but mine still shows active. And the app still shows me the option of either blocking or closing the card. But everytime I click on close card, it just says something went wrong. Somehow it doesn’t move ahead. Can someone help?
