We understand your concern about online security! Virtual debit cards are only active during onboarding and until the physical card arrives. Once you receive the physical card, the virtual one is disabled.
For one-time online usage, we currently don’t have an option for a virtual card, but I recommend enabling transaction limits or locking your card through the app after usage to prevent misuse.

The status of my niyo global card delivery through bluedart is showing rejected . I have tried contact with WhatsApp support but that didn’t help at all. Please give any type of clarification as soon as possible.
We’ve checked with the card delivery team and found that your Niyo Global card couldn’t be delivered due to an unserviceable pincode. But don’t worry! As soon as the card is returned to us, we’ll promptly resend it via Speedpost to your registered communication address. First of all thats not my number. And I just have a call with dcb the said I first have to change my pincode then they will dispatch the card. And for that I have to visit my branch. But my pincode is still a valid one in past I have recieved courier at this address. And I don’t have time left to go the bank submit it a request to change the address and then wait for the card to come home.
So bad It was a waste of both of our time
