In the meantime, you can easily manage your Niyo DCB account right from the Niyo app! You can make quick IMPS or NEFT transfers, or use any third-party UPI app to send funds to other Indian banks accounts. Plus, you can use your Niyo card for smooth, hassle-free transactions—whether you’re shopping online (E-commerce), at a store (POS), using Tap & Pay, or need to withdraw cash from an ATM.

Thank you for reaching out. I am attaching screenshot of the trailing mail with the DCB bank since the date I am facing the issue. Finally I got the call today from the DCB bank regarding the issue, but surprisingly their IVR is denying that my entered atm pin is incorrect. Now I dont know who will justify that the entered pin is correct, cause I know that entered pin is correct.
Anyway the executive told me to call me tomorrow and resolve the unblock procedure. No Idea what’s new I got to know tomorrow after spending so many follow ups n all.

Unfortunately I didn’t get any call back from DCB bank and its almost a month is going to end with the issue. I don’t think anyone have this much time to follow continuously for the same issue.
I don’t know what to do. I guess I should raise a complaint to the RBI.

Thank you for your promt response. For your information, as I am out of country so my registered contact no. Is not working for calls. I have already shared my local contact which +971 522918067 with DCB bank. On the same number they contacted me recently.
Also if the account is temporarily blocked or something I am verfiying and want it to unblock. But nothing is working. The executive didnt call again till now and I am also busy with my work, i am not that much free for followup.
Well I am out of country and I dont know about the DCB bank branch in this country. I am in Dubai and if you have any idea about the bank branch, your suggestions are welcomed.
