Hey, I saw your comment about the exchange rate seeming higher than the Visa converter I’ve run into something similar on a trip last year. It might be due to the exact timing or any weekend processing, but if it’s way off, I’d suggest emailing Niyo support with your transaction details for a breakdown. They’ve helped me sort out a couple of queries before. Hope you get it resolved soon!
Thanks for sharing your experience and suggestion! We follow live Visa exchange rates, and transactions are processed at the rate applicable at the time of settlement.
Hi I have ordered a niyo dcb debit card yesterday. But the delivery address is not matching exactly with the the aadhar address. When talked to the chat person he told it is due to the system address limit. Would my card will arrive safely because I am going on a trip in 2 weeks

Yes, you can use GPay for transactions if the merchant accepts it and your card is added to GPay. There won’t be extra charges from Niyo, and the amount will automatically convert to the local currency as per the VISA network rate. Since Niyo Pay UPI has been discontinued, you’ll need to use a third-party UPI app for payments abroad.
