Also, as there is a Secure Meta Notice update in the Whatsapp. Due to which, this delay has occurred. Please follow the below steps,

  1. Save the number in the international format. (with +91)
  2. Block and unblock the contact (+91 9148628081) and reinitiate your chat.

I am planning to visit Vietnam soon. Can I use Niyo Global debit card there? I want to use my card majorly at restaurants and shopping.

We tried reaching out to you over a call but couldn’t connect. We’d like to inform you that you can continue using the Niyo app with an eSIM linked to your registered mobile number. In terms of fund transfers:

:white_check_mark: You can receive or transfer the funds from any Indian bank account to your Niyo account.
:white_check_mark: International inward remittances to your Niyo account are also supported.

However, outward remittance to an international account from Niyo is not allowed, except for education-related purposes under the applicable guidelines.
