App issue while applying for niyo DCB card

I’m trying to apply for Niyo DCB card but the app is not moving forward after providing OTP post aadhar step. It keeps loading as posted in screenshot and times out. The express agent told to try later and left but it’s still happening after long time. What’s the solution here?

I got call from niyo support but no one is speaking after picking up the call.

Thank you for your time on the call, @Manoj_Maharaj. As discussed, you can visit the nearby DCB Bank branch to complete the onboarding process offline. Once completed, please head to the Hub section in the Niyo app and select Sync DCB Account to link your account.

Do let us know once this is done, and we’ll help raise a request for faster card delivery.

Hi Nithin,

DCB account is created now, I did the sync option in niyo and it showed it will take 24 hours for account to reflect. Kindly help with quicker card dispatch, thanks

Thank you for confirming that your DCB Bank account has been successfully created. We request that you please allow up to 24 hours for the account to reflect in the app. If it does not appear after this period, kindly write back to us, and we’ll have it checked and assist with syncing it to the Niyo app at the earliest.

Additionally, we’ve requested the relevant team to expedite your card delivery so you receive it as soon as possible.
