Thank you for speaking with us. As discussed, the KYC could not be completed successfully, which is why you received the in-app notification. Please note that the SMS received confirms only passport verification and does not indicate KYC completion. Since the provided PIN code is not serviceable for offline onboarding, the account can be opened by visiting the nearest DCB Bank branch and subsequently synced with the Niyo app.

To reiterate this has been really poor and frustrating experience since neither you guys are providing offline service at the pincode nor you guys are able to give a reason why the kyc failed even though we have all the original documents in place, its really annoying
