Account number
Name on the account
Reason for closure
Customer ID proof (Digitally verified and masked self-attested Aadhaar card or Self Attested PAN card)
A copy of another bank cheque (with your name printed on it) or an image of your passbook (for transferring any remaining balance)
The team will review the documents and guide you further on the closure process.
