The card hasn’t been working for international transactions for past 10 days. Have called their customer care 15 times, dropped several emails. They are not even able to say what the issue is. Moreover they don’t even send a single mail or message to confirm if they are even working on the issue.
Really disappointed with the service. Won’t recommend anyone from opting for it. Haven’t seen a more pathetic customer “care”

I can’t even see any ticket number assigned on Niyo app as there is always some error on past tickets page. Neither has your bank mailed me anything regarding the issue despite multiple follow ups
