Card temporarily blocked

Hi team,

I’ve recently encountered an issue with my card while traveling abroad. Despite being able to make online transactions through various apps, all my attempts to use the card at POS machines or ATMs have been declined. Yesterday, I received an SMS indicating that the card has been temporarily blocked due to three consecutive failed attempts.

This situation is causing significant concern for me, as I need to access money for meeting my daily expenses here.

I have raised this issue through email as well but didn’t get any response from the customer support. As I have exhausted all my options, I am reaching out in the community to seek help.

I dont have any specific ticket number as I haven’t gotten any response yet. Its been two days. I am already feeling it was mistake to trust niyo for my finances on the trip solely. For now, this is the reference number I got back in the automated reply I received. Could you please check this ?
