Not able to add funds to my account

I’m not able add money to my Niyo SBM Account through UPI / QR code /Bank transfer. I tried adding through my Kotak bank account the amount has been deducted but it is not reflecting in the Niyo account. Without adding 5000rs I won’t be able get the card delivered and my travel date is very near. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
