Unable to reach bank servers

since 2 weeks im trying to transfer money its always showing same message saying unable to reach bank servers. i have tried to reach support they generated my ticket but after that i got no response its been a week. even i tried sending money today but same message popped up saying unable to reach bank servers. please resolve my problem i need to transfer money urgently. ticket id- 1424561

I have the same problem. And I have been reaching out to the bank several times. They just don’t response.

I’m not able to transfer funds. It just shows cannot reach bank servers.

I had raised a ticket and you people resolve my ticket without my consent. I have mailed you. Please look into it. I wouldn’t recommend this service to any of my classmates or students going abroad! My funds are stuck and I’m not able to transfer anywhere.

What options do I have in order to reach for my problems.
