Trouble adding funds and setting UPI pin

I created a SBM bank account on niyo. Was trying to participate in an ipo so out up a upi mandate but the niyo app doesn’t doesn’t support it so I tried doing it on gpay by connecting my niyo sBM bank account there but even that doesn’t work and it shows authorisation failed as soon as I click to approve it. Tried it many times always the same issue.

Thank you for your time on the call. :blush: As discussed, please note that new UPI registrations on the Niyo app are currently on pause. In the meantime, you can easily set up and use UPI through any third-party UPI app.

Additionally, as discussed on the call, we kindly request you to reinstall the Niyo app and update it to the latest version, then try creating the FD again.

Issue 1 -

There is again same problem. Pls check my account log and FD failed. My family members also facing same problem specially when we try to book FD after 12AM.

Issue 2 -

Another issue in my BHIM UPI section “Group” has been created and I dont see delete option hence please do it from your end.
