I am not able to set upi pin in phonepe. When I click on add bank account and select SBM India, it says there’s no account linked with your phone number. Please help

Also, I’ve added money through imps, neft and Upi methods to my account but my app says they can’t connect to bank servers! I hope this isn’t how it goes. Right after creating the account, they can’t connect to bank servers.
I am travelling on the 8th of Aug and live in Delhi and I need to order the card asap. Can you please help out with this! or is there a way to get the card mailed to a USA address?

The debit card will reach you within 6-15 business days from the date of ordering the card. So, plan accordingly.

No! We cannot ship your card to a USA address as of now. We only deliver the card in India.

Hey @ashrithjain , as i have explained previously:
I transferred 4875 rupees 1 hour back but haven’t received any mail acknowledging the transfer from SBM or in my app.
I need help

  1. setting up my UPI pin (it says my phone no. is not registered with the bank on gpay, phonepe etc, have updated all the apps)
  2. getting the bank servers to work and update my Niyo app (it shows last updated at 10:53 pm), and
  3. order a card as I leave for the USA on the 8th of aug!
    Please help me out. I absolutely love the Niyo global card service, all the reviews and recommendations are awesome.
    You said I should dm you, I tried but you haven’t given the permission to me and now you’re asking for the details here. I would like to provide my phone no. and email address for easier resolution, so please allow me to dm you!

Wanted to link my newly opened dcb bank acc to upi, but unable to do so. Tried from the niyo app and google pay.

My Physical card has also arrived. I have set the ATM Pin. But still I’m unable to set up my Niyo UPI through the app. It’s Niyo DCB Debit card
