The niyo global app is getting stuck at the CKYC 5-sec video

Hi Team,
I’m trying to create my niyo global account as I will be moving abroad for high education. However, it is getting stuck at CKYC. Everything it asks me for a 5-sec video but then freezes and does nothing. I want to complete all the formalities at the earliest. Quick response would be highly appreciated.

It does not work. The 40 seconds timer lapse and then the screen goes back to ckyc requirement page.

Hi Manish, the issue is not yet resolved. As suggested, I even reached out at the email mentioned by you. It has already been 4 days and i am yet not able to create my account at Niyo.

Let me know if i can get some solution or should I drop the plan of taking Niyo.
