@Deepak I am facing the same issue, stuck on processing for more than 10 days.

Been more than 10 days and the wealth account has not been created. Completed all verification and kyc. Kindly address this issue.

It’s been over 30+ days and multiple promises(email, live chat) to get the 5-7 days issue resolved but still no update on my account.

Same case for me, stuck on wealth processing for 2 months, no resolution after multiple promises.

i applied for opening an account in Niyo global for which at the end a message was displaced stating that Processing wealth account. In fact I have not applied for wealth account. I am a student and applied for saving account to do international transactions . Therefore, I request you to kindly look into the matter and expedite the process as I am going to USA shortly and I need Niyo Global card immediately.

In the meantime, you may use your NiyoX which offers a 0 forex mark-up for international transactions

Hi @Praneith! We are sorry for keeping you waiting! As we checked, your account details, we may not be able to onboard you for Niyo SBM as you have Simplified KYC for the year 2018. It may take some more time for us to bring an alternative way to onboard such users and we do not have a tentative timeline for it. As an alternative, you may try NiyoX, which offers a 0 forex mark-up for international transactions.

Hello sir I applied for niyo savings account on 12th of July since then it’s just show processing your wealth account check back in 5 - 7 business days. I’ll be needing physical card in this month itself so will you please look into this problem.

Same issue with me also. is there any alternative for this?

Deepak, How the hell are you promising him to wait while he has the same issue as mine? You denied the processing of card for me. Why not him?
