I’ll also need a physical forex card thats another long waiting for delivery
Can you please accentuate this, cant reach out to your customer care as well
All this delay despite of undergoing video kyc. During account creation doesn’t makes any sense

Inconvenience regretted! A few of our users are facing this issue while onboarding for Niyo SBM. It has been highlighted to our team and they are working on it. Unfortunately, it’s taking an unusual time and we sincerely apologize for it. We are constantly following up with our team to have this fixed. It would be great if you can allow us some more time. In the meantime, you may use your NiyoX which offers a 0 forex mark-up for international transactions
Same issue here. It’s stuck on " processing your wealth account check back in 5-7 days". If it’s like this i can’t access the physical card. I hope you resolve this issue as early as possible.
