I need assistance with closing my niyo sbm account. I’ve already emailed your support team at global@goniyo.com regarding my concern about the card issuance fee, even though I haven’t used the card. Could you please look into this and help me resolve the issue? Thanks in advance!

To proceed with closing your Niyo SBM account, please send an email to global@goniyo.com from your registered email ID. In your email, kindly mention your request to close the account and attach a self-attested copy of your PAN card. If there’s any balance in your account, please also include a cancelled cheque so we can complete the closure process smoothly.
