Remittance inward not received

I have received money from abroad till when It will credit in my account

I have received this mail from SBM

Greeting from SBM Bank India!
We have received an inward remittance transaction for you. To access the attached SWIFT message, please use your CIF ID or PAN No. For eg:A123456789 or123456789 or ADELK3456T as the password to open the document.
You are requested to submit the disposal instructions to your designated branch. You can download the form below, fill it, sign it, and submit it along with the relevant underlying documents e.g. Purchase Order, Proforma Invoice, Invoice or Agreement copy.

when I called SBM bank they asked me to contact NIYO kindly help whats going on when I will receive my money

Kindly provide disposal form & related documents. The funds are lying in the Banks Nostro account since last 1 Days. We cannot hold the fund for more than 15 days.

Kindly note the following points and filled the attached disposal form.

1. Kindly mention remitter name and address in Disposal form Column 1 –

2. Kindly mention currency in disposal form Column 2 : –

3. Kindly mention your account NO in Disposal form column 3-

4. Kindly mention your account NO in Disposal form column 4-

5. Kindly fill Payment Purpose code in disposal form column 5 –

6. Kindly fill your name, date place and signature(either digital or manual) on the 2nd page of disposal form.

7. Please provide mail or any communication between remitter and customer related to this payment (invoice copy, contract letter, email from remitter etc.)
