Re-KYC for Niyo SBM: Get help in this thread!

Hello @Adnan_Imad

We see that you’ve already reached out to us via email, and a ticket (2684249) has been raised for your re-KYC concern with the bank team. :incoming_envelope: Our team is actively coordinating with the bank, and we kindly ask for your patience while we await further updates. :hourglass_flowing_sand: Rest assured, we’ll assist you in resolving this issue as soon as we have more information. :blush:

While on boarding for SBM debit niyo card, I am facing issue at video verification. Everytime the agent says there is technical issue while verifying my adhar details, however before that everything was perfect.

I tried 10-15 times on different times and days ,even tried with uninstalling the app, changing the device but the issue exists.

Please someone can help here, how to proceed with this?
Even the customer support don’t have answer for it, they say it’s from SBM bank and when I reached them they say it’s from niyo’s end.

@niyoglobal helpppppp

Hey @Zac3

Welcome to the Niyo Community! :hugs:

We’re truly sorry for the trouble you’ve faced with the video KYC process. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, and we genuinely want to help. However, please note that VKYC is managed entirely by the bank, and we have limited control over it.

To improve your chances of completing VKYC, we recommend retrying under proper lighting and ensuring a stable internet connection using this link: SBM Bank

If you continue to face issues, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here for you! :pray:

Thank you for your understanding.

From past 2 weeks i am trying get my KYC done but gets stuck in Address page even after adhar authentication. When enquired, Rekyc is not supported on IOS device and have to use laptop or android to pass through. When used laptop for rekyc, to get hold of an agent it took me more than half hr to connect. Inspite of taking so much photos of pancard in different angel, the agent asks comments the kyc has been rejected as the pancard is not clear and you will have to reapply. Shall I waste my entire performing REKYC?. If so, then its better I stop using niyo
