I have completed my video kyc , it’s been 3 days but I didn’t get any update or information regarding my process. It’s just showing that your application is under process, kindly help me with this thanks
Hey there! I’ve been through this myself, so I totally get your frustration. Sometimes these things can take more time than you think, but three days is often the longest it takes. It’s good idea to contact their customer service team directly for a clear answer. Maybe they just need small push to make things faster. Hope you get your update soon!
