Pincode not servicable

I am trying to open a Niyo Global account and it shows that my pincode is not serviceable. Then I checked this community’s posts and realised that the entire Northeast is not serviceable. Is there any way in which I can receive the Niyo Global card? Can a friend of mine (who stays in a place where it is serviceable) receive the card on behalf of me?

Please help to provide a solution.
