My account couldn’t be created because my pincode falls under non serviceable area, can i create the account in the future, my pincode is 795004

I am going for PhD to Poland and I was trying to get this niyo card, as my current address is different from aadhar card address, the app is showing Unserviceable to my current location (743193) pincode, I need help with this.
