Pan and Aadhar Name Mismatch

Dear Niyo Team,

The app is stuck in onboarding as my name in Aadhar and PAN has a mismatch.

Just to point to you that, I have accounts in 3 nationalised banks created online.

Have demat account from Zerodha created online.

I have obtained Passport with same documents.

And your app is unable to create my account and asking to visit nearest DCB Bank. This isn’t the complete online onboarding.
Help me with this or delete my credentials from your app. I’ll book FOREX card from different vendor.

I understand that you’re facing difficulties with the onboarding process due to a mismatch between your Aadhar and PAN details. Please note that user information is retrieved from both the NSDL and UIDAI portals, and Niyo does not directly control these records.

To assist you further, could you please send us screenshots of the error page and copies of the relevant documents via private message? This will help us investigate the issue and work towards a resolution.
