Aadhaar and Pan Card name mismatch

Hi- I was trying to create a Niyo Global account and get the Niyo global Equitas card. However, in the app after entering my details, I get the message that names in PAN and aadhar don’t match.

Can someone please offer a solution?

Hi Ashay,

Kindly write to us on global@goniyo.com. Our team will get in touch with you and assist you accordingly.

Thanks

Dear Niyo Global Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance with my Niyo Global credit card application, which has been blocked during the onboarding process due to a name mismatch error between my official documents.

I ensured all details were entered accurately, but my application is currently stuck because my registered name on my PAN card does not perfectly align with the structural formatting of my Aadhaar card / Passport.

Because the app has locked my onboarding screen, I am unable to proceed or edit any details manually. To help your team verify my identity and manually process or reset my application, I have attached clear copies of my officially issued identification.
