I’ve reached out to customer support via email and chat over a week ago about trying to open a Niyo DCB account in addition to the Niyo SBM account I have. I haven’t received any reply about a call back or visit.
I stay in Bangalore and was previously told by customer support a few months ago that they can arrange a call back from the DCB team and a home visit for KYC.
There hasn’t been any follow up. Could you please look into this?
