Hello I’m open new account but subbmit my details number name and email but no response customer care this card is very urgent but non response very bad

Niyo DCB Global onboarding has been put on hold as the KYC process is being updated…
So it’ll be a while till onboarding starts again

It seems your ckyc has not been updated….
That’s why the account couldn’t be opened

I have got the DCB kit to open my account. Twice I registered to schedule an appointment but did not get vKYC call. I have been writing to Niyo customer care they keep saying vkyc is initiated but not getting an email. Checked inbox and junk. Can I get a customer care no. where I can call and get my problem resolved as the Niyo team doesnt seem to be interested in resolving my problem they just keep sending emails…
