Not able to reschedule KYC verification date

I missed call from KYC verification agent on 8th June, and since then have not been able to reschedule the date (in app) or contact the agent (no AWB number available).

You can raise the concern to our support team from NiyoX App > Menu > Support. Meanwhile DM us your registered mobile number and we shall look into this from our end.
