Yesterday, I scheduled KYC Date for Today, But Today Agent did not bring his Biometric Device and said, “Today, I forgot to bring Biometric Machine. Please, Reshedule for Tomorrow Date. Tomorrow I will Bring Definitely Biometric Machine.”
I request to you NiyoX, please Reschedule My KYC verification Date for Tomorrow, I have not showing for Resheduling Option in the NiyoX App. Please Book the Appointment for 14 May, 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

Hello Shubhankar. It is adviced to create a ticket regarding this issue in the NiyoX mobile app and await for the response in your registered email. They will resolve your issue at the earliest. If you’re not happy with the answer, kindly wait, a Niyo representative will assist you further. Also you can try to report this issue to the new BOT which is under support section in the NiyoX app which will lead you to a customer support officer.
