While creating account on NIYO global I took long to read terms and condition and that’s why i couldn’t complete CKYC in time…. And now it’s showing this , not able to create account. If I restart it shows the same. What should I do now?

We are sorry to inform you that we cannot onboard you for Niyo Global due to CKYC-related issues. It is not because you have taken a long time to read the terms and conditions. It’s because you haven’t met the required onboarding criteria.
The onboarding for Niyo SBM is based on CKYC. When our system tried to fetch your CKYC details, it showed that you had got an OTP Based e-KYC and the year of it is 2018. To onboard for Niyo SBM, the CKYC type should be Normal due to which we cannot onboard you.
As an alternative, you may try NiyoX which offers a 0 forex markup fee for international transactions. Read more about the Difference between NiyoX and Niyo SBM - #2 by Deepak
