I tried to signup, but after filling up all the things, in the end, it showed a message that the account can’t be created due to CKCY. Can someone help me with it, or at least remove the entry from your database, so that I can try to signup again?

The onboarding for Niyo SBM is based on CKYC. When our system tried to fetch your CKYC details, it showed that you have got an OTP Based e-KYC and the year of it is 2019. To onboard for Niyo SBM, the CKYC type should be Normal. Therefore, we cannot onboard you for Niyo SBM as of now.

I have created a new ckyc and if you reset my account I can try creating again from beginning
The new ckyc is normal
