I did an international transaction with DCB bank. Unfortunately I had to cancel the order. From vendor side they had completed the refund process. Its been 15 days, but still I didnt got refund into my DCB account. I even sent an email to customercare@dcbbank.com and niyoglobal@dcbbank.com bank 3 days ago. But I didnt get any response yet.
