I got mail that account will be closed because of pin code not serviceable

I will complaint against you both niyox and Equitas bank in RBI ombudsman!
I got cheque book
Branch is 25 km away only so how the hell it’s saying closing account!
Only account opened though niyox are closing but not offline equitas bank account
You both are worst , equitas bank have personal issues with niyox and they are troubling the customer!

My offline account opened with same equitas branch is working but account opened with niyox is being closed without permission?
