I want to close niyo idfc first bank account permanently
Please guide me with the process

Hey @Kaushik_Naskar ! To close your Niyo IDFC account, kindly reach out to IDFC First Bank customer care or headover to your nearest IDFC First Bank branch. Account closure is not possible via online.

Other banks do not charge money for debit cards but i didn’t know that niyox took rs 150 a year as I am a student I can’t even pay this money so I want to stop account

I had gone to an IDFC branch. they said niyo account closure has to be taken up with Niyo team. They can’t do anything here. This is in HSR, bangalore

Hey Zalak! As we have ended the partnership with IDFC FIRST, all the customers who held an account with Niyo IDFC FIRST, their accounts have been moved directly to IDFC FIRST itself. You can simply approach them as an IDFC FIRST customer and get the closure initiated. LK
