I am currently using the niyo idfc account and am very happy with the services being offered.
As far as I understand, the niyo team is gradually moving towards their new product NiyoX. I want to move my account from Niyo IDFC to Niyo X. Is there a simple process to that? If not, is there a way for me to close the Niyo IDFC account online so I could open one in NiyoX asap.
Hey Charles! Welcome to the Niyo Community! Though we currently have no way of migrating you from the Niyo IDFC FIRST offering to the NiyoX, you can simply download the latter app from Google Play Store or App store to get started right away with us.
You don’t necessarily have to close the Niyo IDFC FIRST account as both accounts can remain active and work independently at the same time. However, in case you choose to do so, you will need to visit the branch with the account closure form so that it can be taken up. LK
