Hello, Have received the Niyo global card, activated the ATM PIN was thinking all set. However while trying to make the payment using POS terminal or Online transaction failed. Have raised the ticket via app. I wonder why a new card/first time users facing such a challenges it is also raising questions around reliability of the card. When you are in different county, you are struck.
Now the card is active, limit has been set, payment methods are enabled. What is required to use the card now?

Good to see quick response. The ticket no. 1458696. Is there anything community team can do here, I was told it will take 3-4 days as SLA it is way long duration.
The issue is from the bank side. We’ve highlighted it from our end and will be following up constantly to have an update on it. We’ll reach out to you as soon as we hear from the bank.
Now I see it works in India POS and Online. I am not sure it works in International Online and POS. Is there a way you can confirm this please?
