Niyo global card stopped working in transactions and atm withdrawl. Now stuck in international territory with funds blocked.

48 hours passed. No resolution, not even an explanation why account is frozen. If somebody gets stuck in international territory totally dependent on service provided by niyo they are absolutely screwed, because nobody listens or care to tell exactly whats wrong.
All you get told is to be be patient ! How can you keep patience when your funds are frozen when you need them the most. In national borders you can still reach out for help, thats not the case in international territory.

My issue got resolved after 64 hours, 78 Calls/11 Emails/ Countless NiYo support chats & with the Bank SBM in international roaming.
Lack of communication among Niyo & SBM. I Called SBM yesterday then they told me your account has been unfrozen, Blame game they put up with their customers constantly tossing accountability for the problem is ridiculous.
