Niyo DCB bank account Application issue + correction ***

Hi Team,
I have made an error while filling the application form for a Niyo DCB bank account. Specifically, my source of income details and income details were entered incorrectly. During the Video KYC process, this mistake was identified, resulting in the rejection of my verification. The verifier has asked me to raise a ticket with the Niyo team to get the application updated. I have created the ticket and have been following up with the team, but I have not received any updates yet. Can you please help me understand if I can re-apply or if my existing application can be corrected and re-verified?
