Resetting the onboarding process

I am facing an issue open dcb bank in the Niyo gobal app due to name mismatch and I have updated my pan and Aadhar to have the same name after this. I have spoken to many representatives to reset the process but they are not able to help me and closing my issue ticket without solving the problem. The previous ticket was closed and stating a random persons name, which is not even close to my name. I would really appreciate it if you could open a dcb bank account as I am really in need for my travel purposes.
