Niyo global didn’t works as expected in Thailand, Facing too many issues while withdrawing money from ATM. Now my money is deducted from the card and the cash is not dispensed. Tried reaching out to them on live chat, no reply. Neither got any response for my Ticket. Any help will be appreciated. Please dont ruin people holidays.

Inconvenience regretted! This shouldn’t have happened. If the amount has been debited for an unsuccessful transaction, you will receive an auto refund for it. The refund may happen within one to fifteen days and we kindly request you to wait for it. Please be assured that your funds will be safer.
