is it possible to change my phone number after opening account?

Hi Hemal, Currently, we do not have the feature to change the phone number after opening the account.

We would launch the feature to enable changing phone number through Niyo Global by SBM App. (Expected ETA - 3 months)

Kind Reminder… It is a necessary thing because of low number of branches

Thank you for your time over the call. As discussed, your SBM account has been created successfully. To update your mobile number in Niyo records, please first update your new number in the bank’s records by dropping an email to (customercare@sbmbank.co.in). Once it is updated with SBM Bank, please drop an email to (global@goniyo.com) with the confirmation so we can update your new number in our records!
