This is the second time I am writing about this issue. I have scheduled 4 KYC Verification Visit in the last 6 days. Out of this 4, 3 times the agent neither called nor visited. Only once the Agent visited but unfortunately the Biometric device failed to work. I understand that these are tough times, but the Logistics company is simply misusing the situation we are in. They are delivering everywhere in the city, but they won’t do the KYC Verification it seems.
- Be in sync with the logistic company you guys have tied up with, and contact them beforehand confirming in which days they can really complete the KYC verification and not mere eyewash, and therefore provide the probable KYC schedule in the app (It may not be all days and every slot but atleast give the slots in which the Logistics company can really do the KYC Verification).
- I had previously raised a ticket regarding KYC verification, and customer service did contact me in due time to take care of the issue. All good! But please sort out the issue with logistics company in the backend and let customers choose only those slot where the KYC verification can complete.
