KYC Rescheduled for 3rd day in a row

Hi all.
Just recently signed up for an account. Great initiative overall and love the clean and minimalist approach to the UI. However had a few suggestions and one small criticism to highlight. Suggestions, well the app is slow. How slow? Like running on 3G on a 4G connection slow. And no it’s not a network issue, it’s arising likely due to how many people are using it at a time and how your backend databases are speaking to each other that’s causing this. You might want to look into that. Would like to see a separate rewards and vouchers section. that should help keep the UI even cleaner I think. Lastly criticism. It is just that with the excitement of opening a new account and expecting good service from SOMEONE on this planet, I’m disappointed waiting for an agent to show up at my doorstep every single day and get the darn biometrics over with you. I tried reaching out to the Equitas Branch which was assigned to me but further disappointment realising the number to the branch is switched off since Monday this week. That’s a huge opportunity cost for you guys. I live in Coimbatore and if this is a region specific, as I customer I wish to be informed in advance that this was going to happen. Atleast then, I won’t have to waste my time.
