When I got this reply i was hopeful that i would be able to complete my kyc this time but the agent told me that his biometric device is not working and asked me to reschedule.In the evening an executive called me and i told him this issue , he asked which state im from and assured a call back but didnt; When i try to reshedule it shows ‘unable to order card’ and manually resheduling is not useful because even after a week there was no response from your side.Yet again a bad service from Niyo;
